Please note, (as you should already know) we are a private company, we are not licensed brokers or licensed real estate agents, which means that any real estate partner must complete our realtor ethics and compliance form by or before June July 1st, 2024. It is not our responsibility to ensure that any real estate agent be in compliance with their local / state laws regarding referral agreements or any other type of business agreement. If you have negotiated and entered into any referral agreement that is in violation of local real estate laws, your account will get suspended per our code of ethics and terms of service. To ensure that your account not be suspended, per our binding terms of service, and or to ensure that your account have any suspension lifted, please take a moment to fill out and submit our Realtor Ethics and Compliance form as soon as possible.
