Four of Prince's houses are sold as his relatives continue to fight over who will inherit his $300m estate
Four of Prince’s homes have been sold by a trust controlling his estate, it has been reported. The properties are in the late singer’s hometown of Chanhassen, Minnesota, and have a combined value of $1.34million. His primary home, the sprawling Paisley Park estate, is not currently being sold nor is his Turks And Caicos getaway. According to Page Six, deals on the four Minnesota properties are in the final stages. Three are empty lots that were never built on by the singer and one is a one-bedroom home. The one-storey, two bedroom property was listed for $285,000. It is under contract.

Four Minnesota properties owned by Prince, the musical genius who died in April, are just about sold out, according to listing agent Steve Norton. “The properties went under contract quickly because they’re good properties,” Norton told us. “The fact that they are owned by Prince’s estate certainly doesn’t hurt the situation, but I’m not aware of any of the buyers purchasing primarily for that reason.” In case you’re keeping score on Prince’s property inventory, here’s what’s been on the market: 2169 Red Fox Circle, Chanhassen, MN List price: $150,000 Status: The nearly half-acre lot closed sale on Dec. 21.

Asking price: $284,999
Status: The remodeled, one-story home with two bedrooms and two baths is under contract. The sale is contingent on inspection.
Don’t shed any purple tears if you didn’t have a chance to own a piece of property belonging to the legendary musician. Norton said he expects more Prince-ly properties to hit to market in the future.
